If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
Please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of the invoice day with supporting documentation such as images of the damage. We will respond within 3 working days.
Upon receipt of the returned damaged or incorrect item, we will send out a new item immediately. In the event that the item is unavailable, we will contact you accordingly.
We seek your understanding that we are unable to refund the shipping cost. In other words, you will need to bear the shipping cost (to return the damaged or incorrect item/s to us).
All returns must reach us within 30 days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement.
